JUST SO YOU KNOW...

Delivery Fee

No additional delivery fee as it is included in your price.

Setup / Break Down 

Please plan for 30min - 1 hour set-up time and 30min break-down. This time is not part of your rental period you will get full 4 hours.

Outdoor Setups: 
Outdoor event must be covered and have a flat surface. WE DO NOT PROVIDE A TENT. Equipment will get very hot when exposed in direct sunlight.  We will set up at parks as long as there is a suitable amount of dry grass with no exposed dirt.  Equipment is not setup on sand, mud, or dirt.  Contact your park/venue in advance as permits and requirements needed to set up will be customers responsibility.

Insured

We have insurance for all of our bounce houses and soft play equipment. Certificate of insurance can be provided upon request.

Deposit

In order to reserve your date and time for your event we ask for a $50 to be paid through our booking program.  No Cash deposit.

 

Payments: The full balance must be paid by the day of rental prior to equipment being set-up, Cash or card/e-pay will be accepted for remaining balance. Prices on products/packages DOES NOT include tax. General Exercise  Tax of 4.7% will be added if paid with card.

 

Cancel 

All cancellations made prior to 2 weeks (14 days) will be granted full re-fund of deposit and balance. If you cancel any time later than 14 days prior to rental date you will automatically forfeit your $50 deposit and will not be refunded. SOFT PLAY PARTY HAWAII LLC reserves the right to cancel any rental at anytime due  to emergencies, weather, natural disasters, regulations and laws, if any of this where to apply a full re-fund of total amount will be granted. We will not set-up in rain or heavy wind conditions.
